Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

At Locked N Loaded Firearms Training, we value the commitment of our instructors and the limited availability of our range facilities. To ensure all students have an opportunity to train, we enforce the following tiered refund and rescheduling policy.

 

1. Tiered Refund Schedule

The amount of your refund is strictly determined by the number of days between your formal cancellation notice and the scheduled start date of your course:

Notice Provided  |  Refund Amount

30+ Days Notice ----- 100% Full Refund

15 to 30 Days Notice ----- 50% Partial Refund

8 to 14 Days Notice ------ 25% Partial Refund

7 Days or Less Notice ------- 0% (No Refund)

  • No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled class without prior notice results in the total forfeiture of all funds paid.

2. Rescheduling Policy (The "One-Time" Rule)

We understand that life happens. If you need to move your training date:

  • One-Time Limit: Each registration is permitted one (1) reschedule only.

  • Forfeiture on Second Request: If you are unable to attend your rescheduled date, your registration fee will be forfeited in full, and a new booking at full price will be required for future training.

  • Notice Requirement: Rescheduling requests must be made outside of the 7-day "No Refund" window to be eligible for a date transfer.

3. Safety & Sobriety Dismissals

Safety is non-negotiable. If a student is dismissed from a class due to a violation of our Sobriety Policy or acts in an unsafe or negligent manner, no refund will be issued, regardless of when the class was booked or the amount paid.

4. Cancellations by Locked N Loaded

In the rare event that we must cancel or postpone a class due to extreme weather, range closures, or instructor emergency, you will be offered your choice of a 100% refund or a transfer to a future class date.
