1. Introduction This website is owned and operated by Locked N Loaded Firearms Training. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on firearms safety and the ability to book professional training courses. By accessing or using the website for our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Safety Requirements In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

Furthermore, you agree that you are not legally prohibited from possessing or handling a firearm under state or federal law. Locked N Loaded Firearms Training reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet safety or legal eligibility requirements.

3. Payment & Course Booking When buying a service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full course listing before making a commitment to book; (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a service when you complete the check-out payment process.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (The 48-Hour Rule) We value the time of our instructors and the availability of our range space.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled course.

• Any cancellations or "no-shows" made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the total forfeiture of funds. No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations.

5. Instructor Discretion & Student Conduct

• Sobriety Policy: For the safety of all participants, students must not attend classes while inebriated or under the influence of any substance (including alcohol, drugs, or impairing medications).

• Right to Dismiss: The instructor has the absolute right to cancel a student’s participation or dismiss them from a session immediately, without a refund, if they appear impaired or act in a manner that compromises safety.

• Completion: Completion of a course is at the sole discretion of the instructor. Successful completion is based on the student's demonstrated safety, competency, and attitude, and is not guaranteed by attendance alone.

6. Right to Change Offering We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

 

7. Ownership of Intellectual Property The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Locked N Loaded Firearms Training.

 

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locked N Loaded Firearms Trainingassumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service.

9. Governing Law These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of [Insert Your State], without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
